Today my friends, Dan and Vivian, joined me for the Scottish Games in Vista. I had never attended one of these events before and I have to tell you… it was fantastic! There were athletic events, music, dancing, dogs herding sheep and of course, bag pipes. I shot over 700 photos, but I wanted to get a few of my favorites posted while I go through the other photos and videos.

If you’re in the Idyllwild area this Monday be sure to catch the University of Riverside Highlander Pipe Band. They’ll be marching in the annual 4th of July parade and they’re outstanding.
