The flowers in Balboa Park have been blooming for the past few weeks. Here are a few of my favorites.

We went over the Balboa Park tonight and found these unusual blooms on a tree in the park. The young blooms seem to start out green and then turn to a tan color and develop the look of leather.

I just can’t get enough of these beautiful blooms in Balboa Park, San Diego.
