IF THERE’S ONE THING in San Miguel that there is not a shortage of, it’s parades and
celebrations. The folks here like to celebrate just about everything and with all the
national holidays it makes San Miguel a very fun and exciting place to live. Probably my
favorite parade and celebration is La Alborada which occurs at the end of September.
The costumes in that parade are incredible as you will see.
